‘Frankenstein’ at TSG!

The Soda Gallery is happy to be the exclusive retail shop to carry Jonathon Kimbrell’s relaunched and revamped ‘Deathray of Sunshine’ clothing line, and to kick off the Summer relaunch festivities, we have this exclusive glow-in-the-dark ‘Frank Is Wired For Sound’ shirt and print set!

The shirt and print set is only limited to an edition of 30, both hand printed using non-toxic water based inks. The shirt is available in sizes S-XL, while the print measures 10″ x 10″ and is S/N. Wear the art while you frame it and hang it, too!

The Soda Gallery will also be offering more exclusive designs from Kimbrell and ‘Deathray of Sunshine’ over the coming months. Kimbrell plans to continue offering limited edition releases of both shirt and print sets, making them more fun to collect and wear. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled to our blog, Facebook page and Twitter feed for those release announcements.

In other Kimbrell news, his tribute to Andy Warhol art exhibit, “Wargasm,” ends its run today. We’d like to take the opportunity to personally thank everyone who made this month long show a real success, not only in attending the art opening and closing receptions, but in also spreading the word about our shop/gallery. It’s because of you guys that makes our shop special, and us working hard to improve our offerings and atmosphere on a daily basis.

Before we sign off, we hope to see you at our next art opening, “Malice in McDonaldland” featuring the steam punk work of Dallas’ own Joey Seeman. Opening reception happens Saturday, May 8th from 7-11pm. We’ll have music, drinks and some killer art by Joey. Come hang out, meet the artist and have a good time! Exhibition runs through June 13th.
