Looking for love in all the ‘pop’ places…

Wednesday, January 30th, 2008

Ok…cheesy title I know, but it’s fitting. How many of you out there in the real world get excited about Valentine’s Day? C’mon, raise those hands. I see…not many of you. Well, now you have a new reason to like this wholistically retail holiday again. I give you The Soda Gallery’s latest soda deal:

Here’s your chance to surprise your mister or misses with this clever marketing ploy: a variety six pack of delicious ‘Crush’ soda. This snazzy six pack features two 12oz bottles each of orange, grape and strawberry Crush soda. And if that weren’t enough, it’s only $10.00 (save $3.50!) I guarantee you’ll spend more than that on dinner, that is…unless you are a fan of those ‘dollar menus’, then maybe you won’t. And if you buy your date’s dinner from the ‘dollar menus’, chances are you won’t be going out on a date ever again. None-the-less, it’s the idea that counts, right? It’s cute. It’s funny. It will give you an opportunity to tell your ‘crush’ just how much you like them. If they already know, tell them again! Honestly, nothing says ”I love you” more than a six pack.

For the lovebirds in the world this offer is good through Valentine’s Day. And to show you single folks that we aren’t bad guys, this offer is actually good through the month of February.  :)

So…how many ‘crushes’ do you have, and how many six packs can we sell you? Just remember, competing boyfriends and girlfriends don’t like to share, so it might be wise to get each of them their own sixer. It’s just a thought. Give us a call. We can help you out!

“Rock n’ Roll” COMING SOON to TSG!

Monday, January 28th, 2008

We’re really looking forward to this next art show! “Rock n’ Roll Ain’t Dead Yet!” opens Saturday, February 16th at 7pm, and features over 20 artists from around the country, paying tribute to the greatest music icons in history. That will also be the same evening as our next tequila tasting with tequila aficionado, Raul Santillan, Jr. I mean, c’mon…rock n’ roll and tequila go hand-in-hand, am I right?!?

Be sure to mark your calendars for this next great event at The Soda Gallery!

In other recent TSG news…we’re to receive a nice shipment of RC Cola, Nehi Peach and Sunkist soda any day now from one of our many soda suppliers. The best part is that all three of these classic sodas are made with pure cane sugar!!! When was the last time you had an RC made with sugar, or even saw a glass bottle of Nehi? Yeah…that’s what we thought. It’s particularly hard to get these three sodas with the sugar ingredient, which is why they will command a slightly higher retail price. :( (Hey…blame it on the big soda corporations who want to cut quality just to save a lousy few dollars by using corn syrup. If we had our way, every soda would be made with cane sugar and still only cost ten cents a bottle.) If our high school economics teachers taught us anything, it’s that it’s all about ’supply and demand.’ Boy, they weren’t lying…

Be on the lookout in the next few days for the launch of our brand new website store, where you will be able to purchase all of our delicious gourmet sodas online, and have them shipped to anywhere in the country. Just check out the website for our list of new and nostalgic sodas.

More exciting news on the horizon. Stay fizzy!
