The Soda Gallery Artist Submission Guidelines

Artists wanting to submit their work to The Soda Gallery for consideration must kindly follow this basic procedure:

1. All inquiring artists submitting work for consideration should include the following:

10-20 images of work created within the last two years

Artist statement and bio

Any relevant press/articles published about your work

Website address and contact information

Submissions can be sent electronically by e-mail, or sent in form of photographs or slides in a self-addressed stamped envelope (if you want slides/photos returned.) If no self-addressed stamped envelope is included, we will assume you don’t want them returned, and becomes property of The Soda Gallery, Inc. We will not review actual art work until later in the process. (If emailing portfolios, please send to jonathon@thesodagallery.com) All other forms should be mailed to:

(Please make sure all images are well photographed. Low-resolution images, photos and/or slides will be immediately disqualified for review.)

2. No work by walk-in artists or agents will be reviewed.

3. Please allow us up to three months to review the work before following up with a call or any correspondence. Artists we are seriously interested in will be contacted on an individual basis.

It is our policy that we look at everything submitted to us, but cannot guarantee anything beyond review. We appreciate your interest in The Soda Gallery, and wish you good luck with your future endeavors.
